Shrimp lollies for Caridina & Neocaridina

Discover SHRIMPSFOOD shrimp lollies, a complementary food for Caridina and Neocaridina. Shrimp gradually graze on the coating of these feeding sticks, making it easy to add variety to their diet and observe the colony.

Our range includes standard 25 cm lollies and 15 cm Mini Lollies, with several recipes that you can alternate.

Suggested amount: one standard lollie for approximately 50 shrimp, or one Mini Lollie for 20–30 shrimp. Adjust the amount to the natural food already available in the aquarium.

Standard lollies or Mini Lollies: which should you choose?

Standard 25 cm lollies suit larger colonies, while the smaller 15 cm Mini Lollies are convenient for nano aquariums and tanks with fewer shrimp. Both are supplementary foods, not a replacement for biofilm.

Gradual softening of the food coating

The SHRIMPSFOOD lollie coating gradually softens in water. Shrimp can graze on it over time rather than all of the food immediately dispersing through the aquarium.

How to use shrimp lollies

Place the stick in the aquarium substrate or a suitable lollie holder, where the shrimp can reach it. Start with about one standard lollie for 50 shrimp or one Mini Lollie for 20–30 shrimp, then adjust the quantity to your aquarium. Remove the wooden stick once its food coating has been consumed.

Suitable for Caridina and Neocaridina

SHRIMPSFOOD lollies can be offered to common freshwater shrimp varieties, including Crystal Red, Crystal Black, Taiwan Bee, Red Cherry, Blue Dream, Bloody Mary, Sakura and Yellow Neon.
