1 - Purpose

The general terms of sale written below represent the agreement between the seller and the buyer via the website shrimpsfood.com

 2 - Product presentation

The detailed description of our products can be found in the "shop" section and on each individual item page.

3 - Pricing

 Our prices are shown in euros, including all taxes, throughout our site, excluding shipping costs (which are applied at order validation).
The company Shrimpsfood reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
Ordered products will be confirmed at the price of the order recorded at that time.

4 – Orders:

The order is validated once the user has proceeded to shipping, then proceeded to payment, then verified the order, then validated the payment.

A confirmation email is sent to the customer with a summary entered by the customer during their order.

The data recording constitutes material proof of the date and details of the order. These are archived by Shrimpsfood.

5 – Payment

Shrimpsfood accepts payment via Paypal.

6 - Responsibility
