DELIVERY

We offer three ways for you to receive your order:

La Poste

Sent via tracked letter or Colissimo, depending on the size and nature of your order.

Mondial Relay

Delivery to a pickup point (Point Relais), convenient and economical.

 

Click & Collect (secure pickup within 24h)

Pick up your order within 24 hours (excluding special cases indicated below) via a secure pickup method at the following address:

👉 You will receive a confirmation message when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions. Please do not come to the site before receiving confirmation.

Your order will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours maximum. However, additional time may be required if the order includes 3D-printed items.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Delivery time is generally 2 to 5 business days, depending on the delivery method chosen and subject to the carrier's stated delivery times.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

You can track the progress of your order directly on the selected carrier's website using your tracking number.

Free delivery cannot be combined with any other promotional code.

Free delivery offer valid only in France.
