20 Fenugreek, Barley Grass & Spirulina Mini Lollies for Caridina & Neocaridina

Discover Shrimpsfood Fenugreek, Barley Grass & Spirulina Mini Lollies, a complementary food for Caridina and Neocaridina shrimp.

This pack contains 20 x 15 cm Mini Lollies, handcrafted in Rennes, Brittany (France).

Their recipe combines fenugreek, barley grass, spirulina, and eggs to offer a different recipe from pellets and easily vary the ingredients provided to your aquarium shrimp.

A Fenugreek, Barley Grass & Spirulina recipe

Shrimpsfood Mini Lollies consist of wooden sticks coated with a food mixture.

Once placed in the aquarium, the shrimp gradually gather around the lollies to consume the food on the sticks.

This recipe combines:

  • Fenugreek
  • Barley grass
  • Spirulina
  • Eggs

This combination makes it possible to include a different plant-based recipe in the feeding rotation for Caridina and Neocaridina.

Mini Lollies for Caridina and Neocaridina

These Mini Lollies for shrimp can be offered to many species and strains of freshwater shrimp kept in an aquarium.

They are particularly suitable for Crystal Red, Crystal Black, Taiwan Bee, Red Cherry, Blue Dream, Bloody Mary, Sakura, Yellow Neon, and many other Caridina and Neocaridina.

Why choose Fenugreek, Barley Grass & Spirulina Mini Lollies?

  • 20 Mini Lollies per pack
  • Practical 15 cm size
  • Fenugreek, Barley Grass, Spirulina & Egg recipe
  • Allow you to vary shrimp nutrition
  • Make it easy to observe the colony during feeding
  • Complement pellets and the biofilm naturally present in the aquarium
  • Simple to use directly in the tank
  • Handcrafted in Rennes, Brittany (France)

How to use the Mini Lollies?

Simply place the Mini Lollies directly into the aquarium substrate or in a suitable holder.

The shrimp will naturally gather around the sticks to eat the food.

Their 15 cm size is particularly practical for nano aquariums and tanks dedicated to Caridina and Neocaridina.

Once the food is consumed, remove the wooden sticks from the aquarium.

What quantity to feed?

One stick is suitable for approximately 20 shrimp, but this is an approximation.

Consumption depends on the number of shrimp, their size, the maturity of the aquarium, and the amount of natural food already available.

Always adjust the amounts provided to the actual consumption of your colony.

Ingredients

Eggs, Fenugreek, Barley Grass, Spirulina.

Why vary shrimp nutrition?

In a mature aquarium, shrimp naturally consume biofilm, microorganisms, and various organic materials found on surfaces.

Distributed food complements this natural diet. Alternating between several recipes allows you to provide different ingredients rather than systematically giving the same food.

Fenugreek, Barley Grass & Spirulina Mini Lollies can therefore be alternated with other Shrimpsfood recipes as well as with pellets.

Mini Lollies or pellets for shrimp?

Both formats can be used in a complementary way.

Shrimp pellets allow for easy feeding in a dish or directly in the aquarium, while Mini Lollies offer a different feeding method directly on the sticks.
